Our Construction Services at Pull BD are Offered in a Variety of Ways to Serve the Unique Requirements of Each Project Owner/Developer, Including:
Lump Sum Contract
Contract with a fixed amount determined in accordance with a complete set of contract documents prepared by the project owner/developer’s architect and/or other consultants.
Cost Plus a Fixed Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum
Best suited for the project owner/developer who is more “hands-on” in the bidding and construction process and has the flexibility necessary to make changes for cost savings in the budget for its own benefit.
Cost Plus Percentage Fee
Suitable for fast-track projects, when the work must be commenced, because of time constraints, without a complete set of working drawings. Also when, as in the case of certain rehab projects, the existing conditions cannot be readily determined.
Design/Build
When the project owner/developer needs the complete package, we will cover everything from hiring the architect, completing the design phase, managing construction, and on to project closeout for a complete, turnkey experience.
